Kate Bilo is American TV personnel serving as a Chief meteorologist, where she reports the weather, and as the “Eye Witness News” show, at CBS3 where she joined in October 2010. Prior to CBS3, Kate served in the Delaware Valley from AccuWeather in State College, Pennsylvania where she had been a meteorologist since 2004.

Bilo, a Phoenixville native, returned to the Delaware Valley after working as a meteorologist at AccuWeather in State College, Pennsylvania, in 2004. During her time with AccuWeather, she forecasted on TV and radio for a variety of clients, including FOX News, CNBC, ABC News Now, and a number of local stations. She had also worked for the Bloomberg Television Network as the main morning weather anchor. She serves as Champion of Reading for the Free Library of Philadelphia’s Summer Reading program, visiting libraries to read to them. Bilo has twice guest-hosted CBS’s Daytime Emmy Award-nominated talk show THE TALK.
