Geoff Bennett is an American correspondent and journalist currently serving as a reporter for PBS News Weekend and as Chief Washington journalist for PBS NewsHour. Formerly, Geoff served for NBC News in Washington, District of Columbia as the White House Journalist. Before joining NBC News, he served at NPR as the White House Correspondent and Congressional Journalist. Prior to that, Bennett covered Capitol Hill and national politics for NY1 News based in New York City and more than a handful of other Time Warner-owned cable news channels all over the nation.
