Gabriel Bateman Career

In 2012, Bateman made his acting debut in the film George Biddle, CPA. He played Robert in the supernatural horror-thriller Annabelle, a spin-off of the critically acclaimed horror film The Conjuring, in 2014. He played Ethan Taylor in the CBS drama-thriller series Stalker from 2014 to 2015. Outcast, a Cinemax horror drama series created by Robert Kirkman, has cast him. From 2016 to 2017, he played Joshua Austin in the series. He appeared in episodes of Your Family or Mine, Wicked City, and Code Black as a guest star. Bateman starred opposite Teresa Palmer in James Wan’s supernatural horror thriller Lights Out in 2016.

In the Netflix family comedy Benji, he played Carter Hughes. In the Amazon Prime Video comedic drama series The Dangerous Book for Boys, he played Wyatt McKenna. Staples, Frigidaire, Energizer EcoAdvanced Recycled Batteries, Iams, and the Cadillac CTS Sedan have all featured Bateman in ads. He also performed in two music videos (“It’s a Job” and “A New Beginning”) for Wolfie’s Just Fine, a folk music side project of Jon Lajoie, for the album I Remembered But Then I Forgot.
