She is a weather anchor who alternates in the Orange Room with Sheinelle Jones on Weekend Today and MSNBC on weekends. On weekdays, Dreyer serves as a weather journalist and fill-in for Al Roker and Carson Daly on Today. She also appears on NBC Nightly News and The Weather Channel. Dreyer joined NBC News in September 2012 after spending the previous seven years at the now-defunct NBC affiliate WHDH in Boston, Massachusetts. She also works as a reporter for Today’s 3rd Hour.
