He taught law at Delaware Law School for a brief while from 1980 to 1981. From 1987 to 1995, he served on the New Jersey Supreme Court, becoming the state’s youngest Supreme Court justice at the time. From 1989 until 2000, he was also an adjunct faculty at Seton Hall University School of Law. From 2013 to 2017, he was a visiting lecturer at Brooklyn Law School. Judge Napolitano served on the New Jersey Supreme Court and was the state’s youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge until joining FNC in 1998. From 1987 until 1995, he served on the Superior Court, where he tried over 150 jury trials and sat in all parts of the court. He worked at Seton Hall Law School as an adjunct professor of constitutional law for 11 years, where he taught constitutional law and jurisprudence.
