After graduating from Fordham, she returned to Buffalo to dive into a new passion: journalism. For four years, she reported and produced for the athletic program’s show, “Bengal Magazine,” at Buffalo State College. Eager to expand her skills, she then headed to Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications to study Broadcast and Digital Journalism.
Back in Buffalo, Liz continued her journey in communications, taking on the role of Communications Specialist in Mayor Byron Brown’s Office of Communications. Liz went back to work as a reporter and anchor at WKBW when she returned. Liz worked as a Weekend and Morning Anchor at WILX in Lansing, Michigan, a few years later. In 2018, she returned to her hometown of Buffalo to begin a new career as a Public Relations Manager with The Martin Group.
