Kevaney Martin is an award-winning sports anchor/reporter for the CBS affiliate in Las Vegas, Nevada (KLAS). In August of 2017, she joined the news team. Prior to joining KLAS, Kevaney worked as a “one-man-band” reporter at Fox affiliate WFXR, shooting and editing video, writing scripts, producing and anchoring the nightly sportscast, and hosting Virginia Sports Live (a weekly sports show).

Kevaney began her broadcasting career as a sports reporter for KFSY in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Kevaney also worked as a sideline reporter and color commentator for Midco SportsNet, a regional sports network. Kevaney’s career then took her to the Bay Area of California, where she worked as an anchor/reporter for the CSN California high school sports show “Cal-Hi Sports Bay Area.”
Kevaney returned to her hometown of Roanoke, Virginia, after stints in the Midwest and the West Coast, to work as a sports anchor/reporter for WFXR. Kevaney covered everything from ACC football and basketball to NASCAR, the PGA Tour, and the NFL, including Super Bowl LI. Kevaney is now overjoyed to be covering sports in the fantastic city of Las Vegas at such an exciting time! Kevaney worked as a “one-man-band” anchor/reporter for the CSN California and KOFY-TV20 high school sports shows for three years. Kevaney shot, edited, spoke, and produced all of her highlights and packages. Kevaney also spent a significant amount of time in front of the camera, both in the studio and onset.
