She joined E*Trade’s start-up financial news initiative, a six-day weekly webcast from New York City—also carried on Sundays on WNEW 102.7 FM—as editor-in-chief of modern financial media in 2000. Bohner served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Living Alone, Inc./QuietCare Systems (Care Innovations), a medical technology company she co-founded in 2001. Bohner began airing “Kate’s Take” on its own YouTube channel, KBTVonline, in 2006. KBTVonline was a South Florida-based four-minute daily video blog.
