Erica Bivens is a well-known American television personality who currently wears many hats as a Public Relations Specialist and Philanthropist, along with her role as a director at Brave Hearts Equine Center. Before this, she was a Co-Anchor for ABC 36 News, where she joined the team to co-host Good Morning Kentucky from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. alongside Doug High, and later, Good Day Kentucky from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. In addition to her on-air duties, she also creates engaging web and social media content.

Although she hails from Michigan, Erica has gained valuable experience as a News Reporter and Sports Anchor at a CBS-affiliated station in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Before that, she worked for a PBS affiliate in the area, covering a wide range of news stories and even providing live updates for The Weather Channel during her first hurricane. Before arriving in Lexington, Erica was based in the Huntington area, where she served as a weekday evening anchor for WSAZ, an NBC/CW affiliate that covers West Virginia and parts of Ohio and Kentucky. With a solid background in radio, she’s also been the PA announcer for the Class A “Lansing Lugnuts” and has hosted Carnival parades in the U.S. Virgin Islands. In her free time, Erica loves running, reading, hiking, spending quality moments with her husband, and capturing adorable photos of their pets. She’s also deeply involved in her community, having served on the board of Dress for Success, volunteered as a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters, contributed to the Lake Charles Mayor’s Armed Forces Commission, and hosted a variety of events.
